Fairmont Hotel

The Argentin Restaurant at the luxury Hotel Fairmont in Monaco was completely refurbished in 2007. Michael Zander was appointed to supervise and co-ordinate the works as leader of the design team, working on behalf of Eoin Macdougald Architects. The restaurant reopened on schedule in 2007.

Following this, in 2007/8 MZArchitecture was appointed by the hotel to work with the New York based interior designers Wilson and Associates to co-ordinate the detailed design phase of the refurbishment of the 7th Floor of the hotel. This project involved the design for a new 900m² spa including 8 treatment rooms, hammam and sauna, fitness room and rooftop pool.
