Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, Extension

In 2009 a modern extension, La Résidence, designed by architect Luc Svetchine was built in the grounds of the Grand Hotel in Cap Ferrat to house 8 new luxury suites with individual pools, and 16 luxury bedrooms.

The interior design was created by Pierre-Yves Rochon. MZArchitecture carried out the site supervision of the interior design works, adapting the overall design to each specific room, suite and area, checking the standard of work and ensuring that the works progressed on time. The extension opened on schedule in May 2009.
