Villa La Croix Valmer

MZA was responsible for the architectural design and building permit application for this new build contemporary style 300m² villa. Offering an amazing view at ground level, the creation of full height sliding bay windows, the terrasses are a natural extension to the interiors. On the upper level, 5 bedrooms and bathrooms open out onto a very big roof-terrasse. The overhang of the roof brings the inside towards the outside, framing the landscape, and offering the necessary shade. Features also include a green roof, an infinity pool, and a large garage. The building permit was granted in 2022.
