Villa, Nice

MZA designed the renovation and extension of this villa in Nice and also carried out the renovation of the guest apartment in the grounds.  The clients wished to create a contemporary feel with maximum use of glazing and an open plan layout within. The practice designed the house, apartment and pool, submitted the planning application and oversaw the works.
